目的:比较二甲双胍与胰岛素的降血糖作用,筛选降糖效果最好的给药方案。方法:以四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠为研究对象,设计五种不同的给药方案,用葡萄糖氧化酶法测其血清血糖浓度,观察各种方案的血糖抑制作用。结果:各种给药方案与对照组相比均有降糖作用,其中75%正常注射剂量胰岛素+25%二甲双胍组可使血糖由模型组的22mmol/L降至12mmol/L的正常水平,降糖作用最明显。结论:二甲双胍与胰岛素配合给药的降糖效果优于单独给予其中任何一种,这提示联合用药是增强降糖作用的一个行之有效的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the hypoglycemic effects of metformin and insulin and to screen the best dosage regimen for hypoglycemic effect. Methods: Alloxan-induced diabetic mice were selected as research objects. Five different dosage regimens were designed. Glucose oxidase was used to measure the serum glucose concentration and the blood glucose inhibition was observed. Results: Compared with the control group, all kinds of dosing regimens had hypoglycemic effects. 75% of normal insulin + 25% metformin group decreased the blood glucose level from 22 mmol / L to 12 mmol / L in model group, The most obvious role of sugar. CONCLUSION: The combination of metformin with insulin has better hypoglycemic effect than either alone, suggesting that combination therapy is an effective method to enhance hypoglycemic effect.
