采用最小二乘法对试验中测得的渗层成分曲线进行拟合处理,求得渗入曲线方程。对此拟合曲线方程进行微分dxdy和定积分y10xdy计算即可求扩散系数D=-12tdxdyy10xdy。根据最小二乘法曲线拟合的矩阵表示法,编制了TrueBasic计算程序,简化了计算过程,并可快速、准确地求出合金元素在γ-Fe中的等温扩散系数。
The least square method was used to fit the curve of the infiltrated component measured in the experiment, and the infiltration curve equation was obtained. The fitted curve equation for differential dxdy and definite integral y10xdy can calculate the diffusion coefficient D = -12tdxdyy10xdy. According to the matrix representation method of the least squares curve fitting, a TrueBasic calculation program is compiled, which simplifies the calculation process and obtains the isothermal diffusion coefficient of alloying elements in γ-Fe quickly and accurately.
