目的:建立HPLC波长切换法测定银花芒果片中绿原酸、芒果苷的含量。方法:采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDBC_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇(A)-0.2%磷酸水溶液(B)系统,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),柱温:30℃,波长切换时间序列采样:0~8 min为327 nm,8~20 min为258 nm。结果:绿原酸进样量在0.140~2.516μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.2%(n=9);芒果苷进样量在0.042~0.761μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为1.4%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、快捷、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish HPLC wavelength switching method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and mangiferin in Yinhua mango tablets. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of methanol (A) - 0.2% phosphoric acid solution (B) with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min ~ 1 on a Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDBC 18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, (-1). The column temperature was 30 ℃. The time series of wavelength switching was sampled at 327 nm for 0-8 min and 258 nm for 8-20 min. Results: The linear range was 0.140 ~ 2.516μg (r = 0.999 9), the average recovery was 99.4% and the RSD was 1.2% (n = 9). The injection volume of mangiferin was between 0.042 ~ The linear range was 0.761 μg (r = 0.999 9) with an average recovery of 99.9% and a RSD of 1.4% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
