采用密度及品种双因素裂区设计,分析不同栽培密度对烟草青枯病抗性鉴定及株型的影响。结果表明:不同栽培密度及品种间烟草青枯病发病率及病情指数差异显著,密度与品种互作不显著;不同年份、不同时期的病情、病率与栽培密度呈线性负相关关系,其方程决定系数R2大于0.8;株型性状中,株高、叶数与栽培密度呈线性正相关关系,决定系数R2小于0.5,腰叶长、腰叶宽、茎围与栽培密度呈线性负相关关系,决定系数R2大于0.7;不同调查期间的发病指数呈对数关系,决定系数R2大于0.7。综上认为高密度栽培能用于烟草抗性鉴定及育种。

In summary, high-density cultivation can be used for tobacco resistance identification and breeding.
