在医学统计中,t 检验有着广泛的应用。一般 t 检验时相应自由度的 t 值是由查表得到的。当用计算机做 t 检验、相关及回归等分析时,其 t 值可停机查表或用 t 值计算程序获得。而后者计算比较复杂,对于内存容量较小的袖珍计算机仅此子程序便占用了较多的内存空间,编程时尤感不便。孙氏曾报道过计算 t 值的经验公式,但当自由度<5时不能使用,当自由度为6~9时,精度亦不十分高。由于实用中最常用者为 P=0.10、0.05、0.02及0.01四
In medical statistics, the t test has a wide range of applications. The t-value of the corresponding degree of freedom in the general t-test is obtained by looking up the table. When using t-tests, correlations, regressions, etc., with computers, the t-values can be checked by stopping the table or using a t-value calculation program. The latter calculation is more complicated. For a pocket-sized computer with a small memory capacity, only this subroutine consumes more memory space, which is particularly inconvenient during programming. Sun has reported an empirical formula for calculating the value of t, but it cannot be used when the degree of freedom is <5. When the degree of freedom is 6 to 9, the accuracy is not very high. The most commonly used ones in practice are P=0.10, 0.05, 0.02 and 0.01 four.
