锆铜合金是在文化大革命对期研制成功的,经过鉴定,已投入生产多年,供有关单位应用.当时,我国电阻焊机用的电极,大都是紫铜或铬-铝-镁青铜(原仿苏 MЦ-4合金)。这些电极材料焊接质量差,使用寿命短,不能满足生产要求,为此,我室即着手研制一种更好的材料,即锆铜。锆铜经有关单位在点焊机上试验,证明它的性能,比 MЦ-4合金好得多,寿命提高2~7倍。曾先后提供七省、市,许多工厂试用,普遍反映性能良好,解决了原来电极在使用中经常发生的粘铜、变形、寿命短等问题。
Zirconium copper alloy was successfully developed in the same period of the Cultural Revolution and has been put into production for many years for the relevant units. At that time, most of the electrodes used in China’s resistance welding machine were copper or chromium-aluminum-magnesium bronze MЦ-4 alloy). These electrode materials welding quality is poor, short service life, can not meet the production requirements, for which I started to develop a better room that the material, that zirconium copper. Zirconium copper by the relevant units in the spot welding machine test to prove its performance, much better than the MЦ-4 alloy, life expectancy increased by 2 to 7 times. Has provided seven provinces, municipalities and many factories trial, generally reflect the good performance, to solve the electrode often used in the sticky copper, deformation, short life and other issues.
