本文采用免疫组织化学方法(ABC法)对抗糜蛋白酶(α1-Antichymotrypsin/α10-ACT)、抗胰蛋白酶(α1-Antitrypsin/α-AT)、乳铁蛋白(Lactoferrin/LF)、癌胚抗原(Carcinoembryonicantigen/CEA)和转铁蛋白(Transferrin/TF)在22例腺淋巴瘤上皮成份中的分布进行了检测。结果发现,腺淋巴瘤上皮成份的两层细胞具有不同的染色特征。α1-ACT、α-AT、LF、CEA主要分布于腔细胞;TF则主要分布于基底细胞。提示,腔细胞与基底细胞不仅形态、结构不同,功能分化上亦存在差异。此外,腺淋巴瘤上皮成份与正常腮腺腺泡细胞和间管细胞对五种标记蛋白的表达具有相似性。
In this study, immunohistochemistry (ABC method) was used to evaluate the effects of antichymotrypsin / α10-ACT, α1-Antitrypsin / α-AT, Lactoferrin / LF and Carcinoembryonic antigen / CEA and Transferrin / TF in 22 adenolymphoma epithelial components were detected. As a result, it was found that two layers of cells of the adenolymphoma epithelium have different staining characteristics. α1-ACT, α-AT, LF, CEA were mainly distributed in luminal cells; while TF was mainly distributed in basal cells. Tip, cavity cells and basal cells not only in shape, structure, functional differentiation there are also differences. In addition, glandular lymphoma epithelial components and normal parotid acinar cells and mesenchymal cells of five marker protein expression similarity.
