本研究用空管药物疗法治疗乳牙牙髓炎和根尖周炎300牙,用氧化锌丁香油粘固粉糊剂(简称ZOE)根充56牙,用干髓术治疗58牙。治疗后1～3年随访,结果表明用空管药物方法有效率88.67％,用ZOE根充有效率78.57％,干髓术有效率60.35％。统计学处理证明空管药物方法比根管充填和干髓术效果好。空管药物疗法效果与临床诊断及药物配方无关;并观察到用该方法对乳牙正常替换及恒牙萌出无影响。
In this study, empty tube drug therapy for the treatment of deciduous pulpitis and apical periodontitis of 300 teeth, with zinc oxide clove oil cement paste (referred to as ZOE) root filling 56 teeth, with dry pulp for the treatment of 58 teeth. After 1 to 3 years of follow-up, the results showed that the effective rate of drug delivery was 88.67% with empty tube, 78.57% with ZOE, and 60.35% with dry pulp. Statistical analysis proved that empty tube medicine method is better than root canal filling and dry pulp technique. The effect of empty tube drug therapy has nothing to do with clinical diagnosis and drug formulation; and this method has no effect on the normal replacement of deciduous teeth and eruption of permanent teeth.
