牛奶因其营养价值丰富而广泛受到消费者的青睐,但在追求高营养成分含量原料奶的同时,却往往忽略了牛奶的质量问题。本文主要对原料奶污染的途径、保障原料奶的卫生质量、风味质量以及其它质量的安全措施进行详细综述。
Due to its rich nutritional value, milk is widely favored by consumers. However, while pursuing high-nutrient milk, it often neglects the quality of milk. This article mainly gives a detailed review of the ways of raw milk contamination, the health quality of raw milk, flavor quality and other quality safety measures.
