杂交种向日葵“三系”的结实率可用如下方法测定:B系(保持系)不进行人工辅助授粉(或昆虫传粉)的结实率称作自然自交结实率(用y_1表示);A系用B系授粉(或B系人工辅助自交)的结实率称人工辅助自交结实率(用y_2表示);而A系用R系授粉的结实率称作结实率配合力(用y_3表示);人工辅助授粉效应可用y_2—y_1或C_1表示;亲合性效应可用y_3-y_2或C_2表示。这些测定指数能够用于杂交种“三系”的选育及繁育。
