本文围绕与档案教学质量有关的教育结构、培养目标、教材建设、教育行政等问题,从改革的角度谈点想法,以就教于档案界同仁.档案教育结构问题我国档案教育一般有五种结构,即纵向结构、横向结构、类型结构、学历性结构、教育阶段性结构.事实上通过结构,可以看出结构是否完整?是否合理?优化的趋向?我想如果从提高教学质量的特定目的出发,有个纵向结构、类型结构,再增加一个分布结构就能说明一些问题.从纵向结构看:两头过小,甚至出现断链现象.上头是研究生缺乏,博士生又是空档,而且硕士生又不是名副其实的档案专业而假借文史学科.下头是中等专业,即操作型人才匮乏.这种两头过小的结构,势
