基于滑板机构的圆方坯连铸机结晶器和中间包钢水液位控制。通过对滑板开度的调节,达到稳定中间包和结晶器钢水液面的目的。从而改善连铸机铸坯质量,提高自动化生产作业率。文章介绍了系统的设备构成,分析了西门子S5系列PLC升级为S7系统后的软件控制原理。特别是双闭环调节的结晶器液位控制,升级改造后控制精度与国外专业公司相当。目前国内连铸机特别是小方坯和圆坯连铸机暂无自主研发的基于滑动水口机构的液位控制系统,本文中相关原理分析对国内同类连铸机滑动水口系统升级改造有借鉴意义。
Control of Molten Steel and Tundish Level in Billet Caster Based on Skateboard Mechanism.
