目的:探讨化瘀通络方对局灶性脑缺血大鼠再灌注(MCAO)后脑组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的影响。方法:制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,给予化瘀通络方治疗后,用免疫组化法检测各组脑组织中VEGF及HIF-1α的表达。结果:化瘀通络方可显著减少MCAO大鼠VEGF和HIF-1α阳性细胞数量,降低脑组织中VEGF及HIF-1α的表达较(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:化瘀通络方对脑缺血损伤的保护作用与降低VEGF和c-fos表达有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Huayu Tongluo Prescription on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) after cerebral ischemia reperfusion (MCAO) in rats. Methods: Focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury model was established in rats. After treated with Huayu Tongluo recipe, the expression of VEGF and HIF-1α in each group were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: Huayu Tongluo Decoction can significantly reduce the number of VEGF and HIF-1α-positive cells in MCAO rats, and decrease the expression of VEGF and HIF-1α in MCAO rats (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: The protective effect of Huayu Tongluo Recipe on cerebral ischemia injury is related to the decrease of VEGF and c-fos expression.
