Sticky knowledge actually determines to what extent businesses can win sustainable competitive advantage. Enterprises should overcome the sharing obstacle of “sticky knowledge ” and establish a reasonable sharing mechanism and organization to improve the enthusiasm of grass-roots employees to share knowledge and accelerate the absorption and transfer of related knowledge in various departments within the enterprise.
