按照中国“入世”谈判的原则，加入WTO后，中国应享受的权利：1．能使中国的产品在100多个成员方中享受有多边的、无条件的和稳定的最惠国待遇，这将使中国产品在最大范围内享受有利的竞争条件，从而促进出口的发展。2使中国对所有发达国家出口制成品和半制成品享有“普惠制”
According to the principle of China’s accession to the WTO, China should enjoy the following rights after joining the WTO: 1. This will enable China’s products to enjoy multilateral, unconditional and stable most-favored nation status among more than 100 member countries. This will allow Chinese products to enjoy favorable competitive conditions to the maximum extent and thus promote the development of exports. 2 To enable China to enjoy the GSP status for the exports of manufactured goods and semi-finished products to all developed countries
