1建立集配运行模式的必要性目前汽车制造业普遍推行精益生产方式,采用多品种小批量随机混流生产。随着品种的增加,批量的减小,汽车零部件按车型种类供给的不断增多与线边零件存放面积不足的矛盾日益凸显。以往采用的解决方案是通过增加线边零部件存放面积来缓和该种矛盾,但目前可增加的空间已趋于饱和,而且此种方案还会带来库存增加、作业取料损失加剧、内部物流复杂混乱等一系列负面影响。因此建立集配运行模式具有重要意义。
