研究了六种大孔树脂对沙枣多糖的吸附及解吸性能,为沙枣多糖的进一步研究提供参考。通过静态和动态吸附解吸试验,考察CAD-40、D315、LX-1、MC241、DM-2、DM-18六种大孔树脂对沙枣多糖的吸附及解吸率,筛选出这两种指标较高的树脂。DM-2型大孔树脂对沙枣多糖的吸附和解吸性能均优于其它树脂。其动态吸附率为57.93%,动态解吸率可达到89.58%。得到结论为:DM-2型大孔树脂是六种大孔树脂中用于分离纯化沙枣多糖的最佳材料。
The adsorption and desorption properties of six kinds of macroporous resins on P. jujube polysaccharides were studied. The static and dynamic adsorption and desorption tests were conducted to study the adsorption and desorption rates of polysaccharides from P. macrophylla by six macroporous resins of CAD-40, D315, LX-1, MC241, DM-2 and DM-18 High resin. The adsorption and desorption properties of DM-2 macroporous resin on P. jujuba were better than other resins. The dynamic adsorption rate of 57.93%, dynamic desorption rate can reach 89.58%. It is concluded that: DM-2 macroporous resin is the best material for separating and purifying Chinese jujube polysaccharide from six macroporous resins.
