目的 研究IL 1和IL 2对甲状腺细胞生成甲状腺球蛋白 (Tg)的调节作用。方法 采用Graves病 (GD)甲状腺组织 ,以原代细胞培养及放免分析技术 ,检测两类细胞因子刺激后Tg的分泌状况。结果 基础状态下 ,10 -3 ~ 10 3 U/ml的IL 1和IL 2对甲状腺细胞产生Tg的功能无明显影响 ;IL 1剂量依赖性地抑制促甲状腺激素 (TSH)对甲状腺细胞分泌Tg的刺激效应 ,而IL 2则促进TSH诱导下Tg的产值。结论 IL 1和IL 2是重要的甲状腺生物调节剂。
Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of IL-1 and IL-2 on thyroglobulin (Tg) production in thyrocytes. Methods Graves’ disease (GD) thyroid tissue was used to detect the secretion of Tg after stimulating by two types of cytokines by primary cell culture and radioimmunoassay. Results Under the basal conditions, IL-1 and IL-2 of 10 -3 ~10 3 U / ml had no significant effect on the production of Tg in thyrocytes; IL 1 dose-dependently inhibited the secretion of Tg of thyrocytes by thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) Stimulating effect, while IL2 promotes TSH-induced Tg production. Conclusion IL 1 and IL 2 are important thyroid regulator.
