本文详细叙述了抽除可凝性气体时所利用的两种抽气设备,即气镇泵与冷凝器。首先介绍了可凝性气体的形成、饱和状态、汽化与凝结。讨论了油封机械泵抽除可凝性气体对泵性能所造成的不良影响及其防止的措施,通常有如下两种方法:即去除泵中的凝结液的加热法和泵油的再生法及防止可凝性气体在泵中凝结的气镇法和双泵串联法。其次还介绍了气镇泵的结构及气镇装置,以及性能参数的计算与测试。最后介绍了利用冷凝器抽除可凝性气体的工作原理、性能、冷剂以及与真空泵联用等。
This article describes in detail two types of pumping equipment that are used when pumping condensable gases, namely gas ballast pumps and condensers. First introduced the formation of condensable gases, saturated state, vaporization and condensation. The adverse effects caused by pump condensable gas pumping performance of oil-sealed mechanical pump and its preventive measures are discussed. There are usually two methods as follows: the heating method to remove condensate in the pump and the regeneration method of pump oil and to prevent Condensable gas condensate pump in the gas town law and double pump series method. Secondly, the structure and gas ballast of gas pump and the calculation and testing of performance parameters are also introduced. In the end, the working principle, performance, refrigerant and vacuum pump are introduced to condense condensable gas.
