本文结合广西师范大学出版社跨国收购与管理的初步经验,对现阶段我国跨国出版集团的经营管理进行了三个方面的探讨并得出结论:我们应以实事求是的态度对待与处理跨国管理中的文化差异问题;跨国出版企业一体化管理的核心是全球人力资源的合理配置;最大限度地发挥海内外协同效应是做大影响力的有效手段。
Based on the preliminary experience of cross-border acquisition and management of Guangxi Normal University Press, this paper discusses the management of multinational publishing group in our country at this stage and concludes that we should treat and deal with the problem of cross-border management in a realistic and realistic way Cultural differences; the core of the integrated management of multinational publishing enterprises is the rational allocation of global human resources; maximizing the synergy at home and abroad is an effective means of making great influence.
