利用弹性力学理论和有限元方法 ,采用第 1类热边界条件对转子三维稳态温度场进行了有限元分析 ,在此基础上计算了转子力、热变形 .解析出三维转子在 x、y、z各方向上的力、热及综合变形量 .采用静态测试手段对计算结果进行了实验验证 .计算结果表明 ,转子的热变形量要远大于转子力变形量 ,转子变形后成腰鼓形 .解决了长期以来三维螺杆转子变形只能简化为二维计算的问题 ,较全面地反映了螺杆转子变形的实际情况 ,提高了计算精度
Based on the theory of elastic mechanics and the finite element method, the three-dimensional steady state temperature field of the rotor is analyzed by the first kind of thermal boundary conditions, and the rotor force and thermal deformation are calculated. The three- z force, heat and the total deformation in all directions.A static test method is used to verify the calculation results.The calculation results show that the rotor thermal deformation is much larger than the rotor force deformation, For a long time three-dimensional screw rotor deformation can only be simplified to two-dimensional calculation of the problem, a more comprehensive reflection of the actual situation of the screw rotor deformation and improve the calculation accuracy
