对残损航空器搬移拖车底盘进行研究时,通常要考虑航空器对搬移拖车底盘所施加的力以及悬架的缓冲作用,对其进行准确分析对于搬移拖车的可靠性研究起到重要作用。对拖车底盘进行有限元分析的传统方法是对其施加刚性约束,该方法忽略悬架的缓冲作用,使仿真结果失真。针对以上问题,用有限元软件建立了搬移拖车底盘有限元模型,对航空器在空载和未经过放油处理时对搬移拖车底盘所施加的力进行计算,采用平衡杆系法搬移拖车底盘进行约束,研究了这两种工况下的应力和变形,得出的结果满足许用应力的要求。通过对比对底盘施加刚性约束与平衡杆系法所得到
