胡家河矿401101工作面为首采工作面,且煤层具有自然发火性。为了防止工作面在回采期间发生火灾事故,在对工作面采空区“三带”实测划分的基础上,计算出工作面最小推进速度为3.75 m/d,并采取了黄泥灌浆为主,注氮、注三相泡沫、汽雾阻化、束管监测和人工观测预报相结合的综合防灭火手段。主要介绍在工作面回采初期、回采期间以及邻近停采线附近3次出现自然发火迹象时,分别采取了利用高抽巷注三相泡沫、灌堵结合和两巷注凝胶的防灭火措施,抑制了火灾的发生,保证了工作面的安全回采。
