在碱催化作用下利用餐饮废油合成生物柴油,先通过单因素分别考察催化剂用量、醇油摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间对生物柴油产率的影响,再通过L_9(3~4)正交试验确定合成生物柴油的最佳工艺条件:催化剂用量1.0g,醇油摩尔比9:1,反应温度70℃,反应时间35min。此时,生物柴油的产率可达81%。此生物柴油的部分品质指标达到了国外发达国家的标准。
Under the catalysis of base, biodiesel was synthesized from waste oil from restaurant. The effects of catalyst dosage, molar ratio of alcohol to oil, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of biodiesel were investigated by single factor and then orthogonalized by L_9 (3 ~ 4) The optimum technological conditions for the synthesis of biodiesel were determined experimentally. The amount of catalyst was 1.0g, the molar ratio of alcohol to oil was 9: 1, the reaction temperature was 70 ℃ and the reaction time was 35min. At this point, biodiesel yields up to 81%. Some of the bio-diesel quality indicators have reached the standards of developed countries.
