2014.5.28前不久,《北京市关于促进信息消费扩大内需的实施意见》颁布实施,《实施意见》提出,将信息消费发展成为本市扩大内需、拉动经济增长的强劲动力。到2015年,全市居民信息消费规模达到1100亿元;全市信息产品和服务规模超过8000亿元,在全国信息消费市场的占有率达到20%左右;电子商务交易额超过1万亿元。这个文件既是本市贯彻落实国家《关于促进信息消费扩大内容的若干意见》的重要部署,同时也是市政府转变
2014.5.28 Not long ago, the “Beijing Opinions on Promoting Information Consumption to Expand Domestic Demand” was promulgated and implemented. The Opinions put forth that the development of information consumption will become a strong impetus to the expansion of domestic demand and economic growth in the city. By 2015, the city’s population of information consumption reached 110 billion yuan; the city’s information products and services over 800 billion yuan in the country’s information consumer market share of about 20%; e-commerce transactions over 1 trillion yuan. This document is not only an important plan for the city to implement the “Opinions on Promoting the Expansion of Information Consumption” of the state, but also a shift of the municipal government
