在热电厂经济运行过程中通过多种方法提高汽轮机的经济性,需要对凝汽器的真空度进行把控,而凝汽器的真空度的高低是由射水抽气器的工作水温高低来决定的,它的水温反应对汽轮机机组效率有着直接性的影响。针对我厂2号汽轮发电机组的TD-32型射水抽气器进行的一个实际情况的研究与探讨,总结影响真空发生变化的因素以及提高凝汽器真空度的具体措施。

Aiming at the actual situation research and discussion of TD-32 water jet extractor of No.2 turbine generator set in our factory, the paper summarizes the factors that affect the change of vacuum and the concrete measures to improve the vacuum degree of condenser.
