At 288.15-328.15K, the solubility of sodium tetraphenylborate in seven linear monohydric alcohols was determined spectrophotometrically. The standard free energy of transport and the medium effect of tetraphenylboron from water to alcohol were calculated and discussed at 298.15K. The relationship between the solubility of sodium tetraphenylborate and the carbon number and temperature of linear monohydric alcohol is given by computer curve fitting: lgc = 0.9090 + (- 0.4545 + 0.15201gT) (10 + n) .At the same time, 298.15 K, tetraphenylboron sodium standard migration free energy with the linear monovalent dielectric constant and the relationship between the number of carbon atoms: ⊿ G_ ~ e = 55.75exp (-0.0881D); ⊿ G_ ~ e = -4.92 × 10 ~ (-3) + 3.08n.
