前文指出,不同发育期的血吸虫对吡喹酮的敏感性有所不同。对虫形态的观察结果表明,这种敏感性的差别主要表现在虫的体表是否受损、受损的程度,以及受损后能否修复等。这一推断亦为用间接荧光抗体法检测虫的体表抗原显露的结果所支持。本文进一步观察[~3H]吡喹酮在不同发育期血吸虫体内的分布是否有差异。
The previous article pointed out that schistosoma at different developmental stages of praziquantel sensitivity is different. Observations on insect morphology indicate that this difference in sensitivity is mainly manifested in the damage of the body surface of the insect, the degree of damage, and whether the worm can be repaired or not. This assumption is also supported by the indirect fluorescent antibody assay to detect the presence of surface antigens in worms. This article further observed [~ 3H] praziquantel in different developmental stages of schistosomiasis in vivo distribution is different.
