运用FLAC3D数值分析软件,模拟了在隧道距变形体滑动面2、4、8倍隧道直径(D)3种工况下全断面开挖下穿变形体的施工过程,计算结果揭示了隧道的初期支护结构内力与安全系数随断面和工况的变化规律。隧道距变形体2 D时,隧道全断面开挖引起了“隧道-边坡”相互作用,此时隧道初期支护结构不安全。在Ⅲ级围岩下,当隧道距变形体间距≥4 D时,隧道结构安全,可采用全断面法施工。
FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to simulate the construction process of the full-face excavation under the 3, 4, 8 and 8 tunnel tunnels (D) from the deformation surface. The calculation results reveal the initial stage of the tunnel Internal force and safety factor of supporting structure vary with section and working conditions. When the tunnel is away from the deformation body 2 D, the full-face excavation of the tunnel causes the “tunnel-slope” interaction, and the initial support structure of the tunnel is not safe at this moment. Under grade Ⅲ surrounding rock, the tunnel structure is safe when the distance between the tunnel and the deformation body is ≥ 4 D, and the full cross section method can be used for the construction.
