职业中学这一特殊群体,由于各种原因,他们的素质的相对较差、自卑感较强、自控能力较差、思考问题简单。当他们受挫折时,其消极情绪的反应比其它同龄人更强烈。在挫折面前他们痛苦不堪,不知所措,甚至走向极端,这必然给学生的心理健康带来严重后果。因此,对职业中学生进行正确的挫折教育,帮助他们建立有效的挫折防卫机制,提高其个人的心理承受能力以实现个性的全面发展具有重要意义。学校及教师尤其是班主任,应该重视学生的挫折教育工作,并寻求切实有效的途径和方法,使该工作落到实处收到实效。
This special group of vocational schools, due to various reasons, their relatively poor quality, strong sense of inferiority, poor self-control, thinking simple questions. When they suffer setbacks, their negative emotions respond more strongly than their peers. In the face of setbacks, they are miserable, overwhelmed and even go to extremes, which will inevitably bring serious consequences to their mental health. Therefore, it is of great significance to correct the setback education for vocational middle school students, to help them establish an effective setback defense mechanism and improve their individual psychological endurance in order to realize the all-round development of personality. Schools and teachers, especially class teachers, should attach importance to student frustration education and seek practical and effective ways and means to bring the work into full effect.
