洋务运动是清朝统治者在内忧外患的冲击下,为了巩固统治而兴起学习西方军事和科技的自救运动。这个运动从19世纪60年代开始,经营了三十多年.洋务派苦心经营的北洋舰队在甲午战争中覆没,中国被迫签定了丧权辱国的《马关条约》。因此,有些学者认为甲午战争宣告了洋务运动的彻底破产。对此笔者有些疑问,想提出来请同仁指教。 The Westernization Movement was the self-help movement to study Western military and science and technology in order to consolidate the rule under the blow of the internal and external disturbances by the rulers of the Qing Dynasty. The campaign, which began in the 1860s for more than three decades, ended with the hard-fought Beiyang fleet of the Oceanic Administration in the Sino-Japanese War and forced the signing of the Treaty of Shimonoseki, which enslaved the power and shamed the country. Therefore, some scholars think that the Sino-Japanese War was declared a complete bankruptcy in the Sino-Japanese War. In this regard, I have some questions, would like to put forward my colleagues advice.
