本文作者对机床液压系统设计的方法提出了应该进行回路设计和逻辑设计两个步骤。认为在系统设计中,逻辑设计可以帮助我们简化回路,合理布局,正确选用元件,并且可以在多个回路方案中评选出一个更合理、精简和效能的最佳方案来。本文是作者用实例来说明逻辑设计的功用和其必要性。我们曾发表过包钢设计院冶金设备科枝术组的一篇《逻辑推算液压回路》(本刊一九七五年第6期),这一篇是第二篇有关逻辑设计的文章。我们还准备陆续发表本文作者有关这个问题的几篇文章,以便读者了解其全部内容。我们认为,对于探索一个液压系统设计的合理而完整的方法来说,是需要广大从事液压工作的同志共同努力的,我们希望读者本着毛主席指示“百家争鸣”的方针来共同讨论、探索这一问题,经过具体的实践来验证它,这对于我们正在大力推广普及液压技术,在各类机械广泛采用液压技术的今天,是有意义的。
The author of this paper presents a method of machine tool hydraulic system design should be loop design and logic design of two steps. In the system design, we think that the logic design can help us to simplify the circuit, make a rational layout, select the components correctly, and we can select the best solution with more reasonableness, streamlining and efficiency among the multiple circuit solutions. This article is the author with an example to illustrate the function of logic design and its necessity. We published an article entitled “Logical Projection Hydraulic Circuit” (Issue 6, Issue 6, 1975), a metallurgical equipment branch of the Baotou Steel Design Institute. This is the second article on logical design. We are also going to publish several articles on this issue one by one, in order to allow readers to understand the full content of this article. We think that it is necessary for the majority of comrades engaged in hydraulic work to work together to find a reasonable and complete method for designing a hydraulic system. We hope that readers will discuss and explore this principle in line with Chairman Mao’s guideline of “one hundred schools of thought” Problem, to verify it through concrete practice, which is meaningful for us to vigorously promote the popularization of hydraulic technology, extensive use of hydraulic technology in all types of machinery today.
