本文研究了二种或三种多环芳烃(PAH)并存时对AHH活性的影响。10种PAH被分为6组;1)蒽和菲(3环);2)苯并(a)蒽和(艹屈)(4环);3)苯并[e]芘(BeP)和苝(5环);4)苯并[ghi]芘和蔻(6环和7环);5)7,12-二甲基苯并[a]蒽(DMBA)和3-甲基胆蒽(MCA)(强致癌性);6)DMBA、MCA和BeP(三种PAH并存),实验按正交表L_4(2~3)和L_8(2~7)设计,AHH活性用液闪法测反应终止后反应液水相中的放射性。结果表明,各组都有轻度至中度抑制AHH活性的作用,特别是第5和第6组更为明显,PAH对AHH活性的联合抑制作用可以部分解释PAH对BaP致癌的竞争抑制效应。
This article studies the effect of two or three polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) coexisting on the activity of AHH. 10 PAHs were divided into 6 groups; 1) anthracene and phenanthrene rings; 2) benzo (a) anthracene and (5 ring); 4) benzo [ghi] pyrene and Kou (6 ring and 7 ring); 5) 7,12-dimethylbenzo [a] anthracene (DMBA) and 3-methylcholanthrene ) (Strong carcinogenicity); 6) DMBA, MCA and BeP (three kinds of PAH co-exist), the experiment designed by orthogonal table L_4 (2-3) and L_8 Radioactive in the aqueous phase of the reaction mixture. The results showed that all groups had a mild to moderate inhibitory effect on AHH activity, especially in Groups 5 and 6, and the combined inhibitory effect of PAH on AHH activity could partially explain the competitive inhibitory effect of PAH on BaP carcinogenesis.
