不同肥料处理对马蹄笋出笋及产量影响试验表明:施肥处理可使马蹄笋产量和数量显著提高(增加);其中效果最好的为绿竹笋有机无机复混专用肥和配方肥处理;从各处理的马蹄笋出笋数量与产量分析,其较不施肥的对照处理分别提高24.9%、33.7%,笋单质量也有同样的趋势。据保守估计,施用有机无机复混竹笋专用肥后,马蹄笋竹林可增加纯收益930元/667m~2。而且,施用有机无机复混专用肥后,马蹄笋不但产量提高,而且品质也会改善,笋体嫩度增加,竹笋价格也应相应提高。因此,从增加马蹄笋出笋和提高产量、改善笋体品质和土壤结构,保持竹林可持续经营综合考虑,应推广施用有机无机复混竹笋专用肥。
