在经济全球化的新形势下,高校培养的必须是适应社会需要的具有创新能力的高素质人才。教师作为高校的主体,在实施创新教育过程中,应该从自身角度,解放思想,转变观念,不断探索,开拓进取,努力学习,提高素质,才能适应创新教育的要求。
