线控转向(Steer-By-Wire)是当前汽车转向装置中运用的一种先进转向技术。线控转向装置取消了转向盘和车轮的机械连接,可以任意设计传动比,对转向轮进行主动控制,并对随车速变化的参数进行补偿,实现理想的转向特性,提高操纵稳定性,并且便于底盘的布置。文中介绍了目前线控转向技术的国内外发展状况,同时也分析了线控转向装置的结构组成、关键技术以及今后的发展趋势。
Steer-By-Wire is an advanced steering technology used in current car steering gear. Steer-by-wire steering gear cancels the mechanical connection between the steering wheel and the wheel, allows arbitrary design of the transmission ratio, active control of the steering wheel, compensation of parameters that vary with vehicle speed, ideal steering characteristics, improved handling stability and ease of operation Chassis layout. This paper introduces the current development of WLCO both at home and abroad, and also analyzes the structure, key technologies and future trends of WLCO.
