1 工程概况rn塘芦港新闸位于江苏省启东市近海镇北部、通启运河人海口,是启东市最大的挡潮、排涝闸,同时兼有通航功能,设计排涝流量280 m3/s,工程等级为Ⅱ级,建筑物等级为2级.运行几十年来,其主体结构混凝土表面露筋、锈蚀严重,部分混凝土胀裂剥落、碳化严重,结构耐久性差;原挡潮孔液压启闭机油管漏油严重,整体系统老化;挡潮孔混凝土闸门横梁混凝土胀裂严重,下端出现水平裂缝、露筋严重,通航孔钢闸门水位变化区锈蚀严重;电气设备器件陈旧老化,布局不合理,因此,要对塘芦港新闸进行除险加固.
