[目的]明确新磷氮霉素A对几种病原菌的药效。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率及田间药效常规法测定该化合物在不同质量浓度下对病原菌的室内毒力及田间药效。[结果]新磷氮霉素A对百合灰霉病菌、烟草赤星病菌抑制效果较好,其次是尖孢镰刀菌,EC50值分别为28.91、64.92、512.16 mg/L,但烟草赤星病菌对新磷氮霉素A的敏感性较强;10%新磷氮霉素A 150 mg/L对百合灰霉病、烟草赤星病有较好的田间防治效果。[结论]为新磷氮霉素A防治几种病原菌的大田防治提供了剂量筛选依据。
[Objective] To clarify the efficacy of neophroticin A against several pathogenic bacteria. [Method] The indoor toxicity and field efficacy of the compound against pathogenic bacteria at different mass concentrations were determined by mycelium growth rate and field efficacy routine method. [Result] Neophlitamycin A had a good inhibitory effect on Botrytis cinerea and Fusarium oxysporum, followed by Fusarium oxysporum with EC50 values of 28.91, 64.92 and 512.16 mg / L, respectively. However, Adenomycin A is more sensitive; 10% new Phosphadoxin A 150 mg / L has better control effects on Botrytis cinerea and Tobacco brown spot disease. [Conclusion] This study provided a basis for dose screening for the prevention and treatment of several pathogens by the new phosphinothricin A.
