处于身心发展特殊时期的中学生,一方面心理发展走向渐趋明朗,另一方面对自我行为的元认知能力以及自制能力还比较差,对多变环境的适应能力也处于形成时期,因而在这一群体中出现分化现象在所难免。结合中学生的现实学习生活环境,本文拟从心理角度探寻其出现分化的原因,以便教育工作者,尤其是班主任在教学与管理中对自己的教学对象做到心中有数。
At the special stage of physical and mental development, middle school students, on the one hand, are becoming more and more clear in their psychological development; on the other hand, they are still relatively poor in their ability to carry out metacognitive and self-control, and their ability to adapt to changing circumstances is also in the formation period. The phenomenon of differentiation in a group is inevitable. Combining with the realistic learning environment of middle school students, this article intends to explore the reasons for its differentiation from a psychological perspective, so that educators, especially class teachers, have a good idea of their own teaching objects in teaching and management.
