目前印刷电路板(PCB)的设计,已经成为EAD(自子设计自动化)领域的一个重要组成部分。随着PCB尺寸越来越小,器件密度越来越高,PCB设计的难度也随之加大,如何实现PCB高布通率和缩短设计时间,已成为广大印刷电路板设计者普遍关注的问题。作者在设计PCB时采用的 Power PCB是一款优秀的PCB软件工具,其功能不断增强,操作方法也不断更新,许多先进的EAD工程方法已经嵌入到Power PCB设计工具之中。本文结合手机摄像头电路的PCB板设计实践,介绍PCB 的规划、布局和布线的设计技巧和要点、Power PCB的使用技巧、电路的干扰及其解决办法等问题。
The current printed circuit board (PCB) design, has become EAD (self-design automation) in the field of an important part. As PCB sizes become smaller and smaller, device densities become higher and higher, the difficulty of PCB design also increases. How to achieve high PCB layout rate and shorten the design time has become a common issue for PCB designers . The Power PCB used by the author in designing PCBs is an excellent tool for PCB software. Its functions are continuously enhanced and its methods of operation are continuously updated. Many advanced EAD engineering methods have been embedded in Power PCB design tools. This paper combines the PCB design practice of mobile phone camera circuit, introduces the design tips and key points of PCB planning, layout and routing, the using skills of Power PCB, the circuit interference and its solutions.
