以高阶理论为依据,从管理者的角度研究企业家的人口背景特征对“走出去”进入模式选择的影响。基于中国上市公司制造业样本的实证研究发现,企业家的受教育程度对于进入模式选择的影响较为显著;拥有生产职能背景的企业家更倾向于选择完全控制的进入模式;企业家的任职时间越长,越倾向于选择完全控制的进入模式。本研究对高阶理论在中国具体环境中的应用是一个有益的补充,对上市公司高管的选聘具有一定的启示意义。
On the basis of high-order theory, this paper studies the influence of entrepreneur’s demographic background on the mode choice of “going out” from the perspective of managers. Based on the empirical study of manufacturing samples of Chinese listed companies, it is found that the degree of education of entrepreneurs has a significant impact on the choice of mode of entry. Entrepreneurs with productive functions tend to choose the mode of entry with full control. Long, the more inclined to choose to fully control the entry mode. This study is a useful supplement to the application of high-order theory in China’s specific environment, which is of certain enlightenment to the selection and appointment of executives of listed companies.
