肝豆状核变性又称Wilson氏病,临床上并不少见,但对该病的脑诱发电位(BE-Ps)的观察,国内外报道的均不多,作者曾对5例患者作过初步报道,以后又积累了一些病例,现将16例的BEPs报告如下。资料和方法 16例中除1例为门诊病例外,均为住院患者,有2例为再次住院。男11、女5,年龄9～32岁。既往有肝病史3例,肾炎史1例,2例曾行脾切除术。家族中兄弟姐妹有同样病患者6例,有肝病患者4例。发病至住院期间5个月至10年,以1～2年者为多。症状及体
Hepatolenticular degeneration, also known as Wilson’s disease, is not uncommon clinically, but the observation of the brain evoked potential (BE-Ps) of the disease, not many reports at home and abroad, the author had 5 patients had a preliminary Reported, and later accumulated some cases, now 16 cases of BEPs report as follows.
