目的了解我国听力正常青年人畸变产物耳声发射(distortion productotoacoustic emissions,DPOAE)的特点。方法用Celesta-503耳声发射分析仪对24名听力正常青年人进行畸变产物耳声发射“听力图”和输入/输出曲线测试。结果两个原始音频率f1和f2的几何平均值f0为500~8 000 Hz时,DPOAE检出率为100%;平均“听力图”在f0为1 000 Hz和6 000 Hz处各有一高峰,在f0为3 000 Hz处有一低谷;在f0为3 000 Hz时,两个原始音在强度L1=L2+10dB SPL时的DPOAE幅值大于L1=L2时的DPOAE幅值(P<0.05),平均DPOAE阈值为25~40dB SPL;随着f0上升,DPOAE阈值则下降;在对应于DPOAE“听力图”峰频率附近,输入/输出曲线斜率值较大;左右耳间DPOAE差异无显著意义。结论本试验较系统地反映了我国听力正常青年人的DPOAE特征,为DPOAE的临床应用提供了参考资料。
Objective To understand the characteristics of distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) in our country. Methods Twenty-four hearing-impaired young adults were subjected to distortion-product otoacoustic emissions “audiogram” and input / output curve test using the Celesta-503 otoacoustic emission analyzer. Results The detection rate of DPOAE was 100% when the geometric mean f0 of two original audio frequencies f1 and f2 was 500-8000 Hz. The mean audiogram was one at f0 of 1000 Hz and 6000 Hz Peak at f0 with a valley at 3 000 Hz. At f0 of 3 000 Hz, the DPOAE amplitudes of the two original tones at L1 = L2 + 10 dB SPL were greater than those at L1 = L2 (P <0.05 ), And the average DPOAE threshold is 25-40 dB SPL. The DPOAE threshold decreases with increasing f0. The slope of the input / output curve is larger near the peak frequency corresponding to the DPOAE “audiogram ”, and the DPOAE difference between left and right ears is Significant. Conclusion This study systematically reflects the DPOAE characteristics of young people with normal hearing in our country and provides a reference for the clinical application of DPOAE.
