1.增加对流管面积如果工艺物料入口温度高,可使用辅助系统物料或锅炉给水预热,以达到最佳效率。本措施通常遇到的问题是由于排烟温度降低与烟气阻力增加,使烟囱抽力受到限制;如不能增高烟囱,则可采用机械送风或引风。已有加热炉一般不能承受正压,可用机械引风;新设计正压操作的加热炉,可用机械送风。如采用含硫燃料,则可能产生腐蚀而使炉允许操作效率不高于90%。燃料含硫量对烟气露点的关系见图1、2。

Increase the convection tube area If the process material inlet temperature is high, you can use the auxiliary system material or boiler feed water preheating, in order to achieve the best efficiency. The problems usually encountered in this measure are that the chimney pumping force is limited due to the decrease of the exhaust gas temperature and the increase of the flue gas resistance. If the chimney can not be raised, the mechanical blowing or induced draft can be adopted. Existing furnaces generally can not withstand positive pressure, available mechanical induced draft; new design positive pressure furnace operation, the available mechanical air supply. Such as the use of sulfur-containing fuel, it may produce corrosion and the furnace allows the operating efficiency of not more than 90%.
