规范化是学科成熟的标志，证候是辨证的核心，也是体现疗效的关键，因此，证候规范化是建立中医疗效评价体系的基石，也是探索和建立现代中医方法学的前提。虽然证候规范化的研究已经取得一些成果，但是尚未达到“统一标准”的基本目标。证候系统具有动态时空、多维界面、内实外虚的特性，似乎复杂性成为“统一标准”的障碍，其实不然。国学和中医化繁为简、大而无外的思维方法对复杂性的处理具有针对性，形象－抽象－具象的非线性逻辑思维方法与西学复杂系统的科学方法并不冲突。东学西渐、西学东渐的时代背景下，中医认可、西医也认可的共识指向是当下学科发展的基石。显然复杂系统研究方法的引入是对证候规范化研究的有益探索，那么对证候内涵和外延的重新审视才是引入复杂系统研究方法的最大启发。本文提出证候规范化的研究理应在重新审视证候内涵和外延的前提下，探索在中医药学原创思维启发下的方法学。“,”Standardization is a sign of a fully-fledged academic subject,syndrome,as the core of syn-drome differentiation,could reflect the curative effect.Therefore,syndrome standardization is the founda-tion to establish the evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)curative effect,also is the premise to explore and establish a modern TCMmethodology.Although the syndrome standardization re-search has made some achievements,but has not yet reached the basic goal of a “unified standard”:Idea of dynamic space-time,multidimensional interface,interior-excess and exterior-deficiency are syndrome syestems,but complication is not standard barrier.The thinking method on making things simple of Si-nology and TCMis focused on complication of syndrome.The logical thinking method about Visualization-Abstraction-Concretizationt is analogous to research method for complex system.Based on the background of the China culture communication to the west and the west culture communication to China,the objec-tive of subject is consensus.The research method for complex system is a good beginning to syndrome standardization,but reexamining the connotation and extension of the TCMsyndrome is a good inspiration on quoting method for complex system.This paper puts forward that the research of syndrome standardiza-tion should reexamine the connotation and extension of the TCMsyndrome,then exploration on the meth-odology on the original thinking in TCM.
