1982年我厂与港商签订了一批Q11-3×1200剪板机的合同。要克服剪板机跳刹现象必须保证螺旋面符合设计要求。此螺旋面不是一个普通的螺旋面,而是一个外径为φ230毫米,内径为φ166毫米,螺距为184.984毫米的向中心倾斜3°的特殊螺旋面。为了保证图纸要求,我们设计了一套安装在牛头刨床上加工螺旋面的工装,使用效果较好,提高了效率,确保了产品质量。一、计算螺纹导程:首先计算45°范围内变化量(如图1所示)
