主要研究了乳粉中糊精含量的检测方法.样品经过85%的乙醇溶液处理,利用苯酚-硫酸法检测提取物中糊精的含量.结果表明,该方法用于检测提取液中糊精含量在5～100μg/mL以上具有良好的重现性和回收率,同时方法操作简单,结果准确.
