从微量元素角度对脾脏微量元素铁、铜、锌含量进行了研究,探讨了泡利酚对缺铁性贫血成龄大鼠免疫功能的影响。用Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常对照组(简称对照组)及缺铁性贫血(IDA)模型组。IDA模型组麻醉处死部分大鼠,再将剩余大鼠随机分为FeSO4治疗组(简称FeSO4组)、泡利酚治疗组(简称泡利酚组)进行治疗。分别于各阶段测定大鼠体重、脾重及脾脏微量元素含量。结果表明,当大鼠IDA时,其体重、脾重及其微量元素铁、铜、锌含量均低于对照组,在给予FeSO4和泡利酚治疗后,其体重、脾重及其微量元素铁、铜、锌含量均显著升高,与给药前比较,有显著的差异,P<001。与对照组比较,FeSO4组无统计学意义;而泡利酚组则高于对照组,P<005。说明FeSO4及泡利酚均可使IDA大鼠受损的免疫功能得到恢复,与其调节机体微量元素铁、铜、锌的含量有关。在对IDA成龄大鼠免疫功能作用方面,泡利酚优于单纯补铁。
The contents of trace elements iron, copper and zinc in spleen were studied from the perspective of trace elements. The effects of infusion of dipezil on immune function in aged rats with iron deficiency anemia were studied. Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group (control group) and iron deficiency anemia (IDA) model group. The rats in IDA model group were anesthetized and sacrificed, and the remaining rats were randomly divided into FeSO4 group (FeSO4 group) and infusion group (the group of infusion of phenol phenol) for treatment. The body weight, spleen weight and content of trace elements in spleen of rats were measured at different stages. The results showed that body weight, spleen weight and contents of trace elements iron, copper and zinc in IDA rats were lower than those in control group. After treatment with FeSO4 and glucoconazole, the body weight, spleen weight and trace elements iron , Copper, zinc content were significantly increased, compared with before administration, there are significant differences, P <0 01. Compared with the control group, FeSO4 group was not statistically significant; while the Pauli phenol group was higher than the control group, P <0 05. These results indicate that both FeSO4 and diphenhydramine can restore the damaged immune function of IDA rats, which is related to the regulation of trace elements such as iron, copper and zinc. In the immune function of IDA adult rats, infusion of phenol is better than iron alone.
