本文用远红外灯(220—230V,150WM_2、PAR、38E)照射灰兔睾丸,阴囊表面温度控制在45℃以下,照射时间每次9分钟隔天一次,共3次。分别于照后7、10、20、30、45、60与150天,杀死动物。秤睾丸重量,并对睾丸、附睾、前列腺,进行组织学观察。结果发现照后睾丸重量明显下降,生精过程严重损伤。照后60天,生精过程部分恢复。证明远红外有很强的生精抑制作用,但其可逆性尚需进一步观察。
In this paper, the gray rabbit testis was irradiated with far infrared light (220-230V, 150WM_2, PAR, 38E). The surface temperature of the scrotum was controlled below 45 ℃. The irradiation time was 9 times every other day for 3 times. Animals were killed at 7, 10, 20, 30, 45, 60 and 150 days respectively. Weighed testicular weight, and testis, epididymis, prostate, histological observation. The results showed that after testicular weight decreased significantly, serious damage to the process of spermatogenesis. 60 days after irradiation, spermatogenesis partially recovered. Proof of far infrared has a strong effect of inhibition of spermatogenesis, but its reversibility still needs further observation.
