根据小麦孢囊线虫病典型症状———根部形成瘿瘤及其密度变化 ,探讨了该病害对小麦苗期生长影响。结果表明 :瘿瘤密度与麦苗长势呈极显著负相关 ;瘿瘤密度在 0 2 1～ 1 83,麦苗主茎高降低 2 7 5 %～ 4 5 4 % ,单株分蘖减少 4 3%～ 77 0 % ,叶片减少 7 9%～ 6 5 7% ,次生根条数及根长分别减少 1 3%～ 6 1 6 % ,8 0 %～ 71 9%。瘿瘤密度达 4 2 2以上时 ,麦苗不能形成分蘖和次生根 ,且弱小黄化严重而及早枯死
According to the typical symptom of wheat cyst nematode --- the formation of tuberous root and its density, the impact of the disease on wheat seedling growth was discussed. The results showed that there was a significant and negative correlation between the density of barnyardgrass and the growth of barley; the density of stomata was between 0 2 1 and 1 83, the height of stalk of wheat seedlings was reduced 2 7 5% ~ 45 4%, and the number of tillers per plant was reduced 4 3% ~ 77 0%, leaves decreased by 7 9% ~ 65 7%, the number of secondary root and root length decreased by 13.6% and 80% ~ 71 9% respectively. Phytoremediation density of 4 2 2 above, the wheat seedlings can not form tillering and secondary roots, and weak yellow serious and early withered
